Weight Watcher's Zero Point Soup - my version
    5 cans Beef broth OR 5 cups water w/ 5 tsps.Beef base
    1 can peas w/ juice
    1 can carrots w/ juice
1 can green beans w/ juice
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 bag frozen cauliflower
    Season to taste
Combine 1 large pan, bring to boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
You can add onions, peppers, mushrooms, ect.
This makes about 10 servings with about 75 calories per serving.
We have it for dinner and then I freeze it in single serving containers.

Jeri I just love your soup recipe. This would be good to keep on hand. But you don't mention portion size. How much is a serving? NOT a 1/2 cup I hope LOL
