I just wish I could walk or ride a bike anywhere! We had the snowstorm and took pictures today of the drifts taller than us. Well, no exercise yesterday :( -but no snacking either ;)
Plenty of exercise today shoveling.

I was at Walmart today and they had some of the walking DVD's there. I am not sure what one is ment for beginners but I got one that has 4 different 1 mile walks each geared to different parts of the body, so hopefully they are easy enough for a beginner! Thanks for telling us about them. ;-)

Those recipes look really good will be trying them during the next week or two. Had toast with peanut butter and fresh fruit for breakfast and chili with small salad for lunch half a pear for snack and stir fry w/ lots of veggies for dinner tea and small slice of carrot cake ( scraped off the icing) for desert. The carrot cake wasn't planned, the neighbor brought it by so what can I say ...no I should have but she is such a baker I just had to have some. As bad as having it was it was sooo good.

I do not eat asparagus from the can-it seems slimmy-but roasted in the oven, I just pick up a spear and enjoy! It is Yummy!
