The last 2 days have been horrible for me eating wise. It's getting to be that time of the month and all I want to do is eat. Nothing satisfies my hunger. If I would just hurry up and start I would feel better. It is like this every month.

I have been writing down everything I eat and it is making me more aware of what I am eating but I am not sure that it will help me cut down. Maybe it will help me make better choices. All I ever want is carbs and not the healthy ones either.

    Good morning everyone!

    Hang in there Tru!

I am down 4 lbs since the beginning of February. Crazy how I didn't lose even one pound in January and now the weight is starting to come off. It's nice and all but I'm not going to hold my breath. Yesterday I was so hungry I ate over 2000 calories when recently I had been averaging 1500 to 1700 calories a day.

My weight is just staying the same. I will be down 3 pounds then back up the three pounds. I am eating more salt and I know that is part of the problem. I need to get back to my salads...maybe tonight?

    Hang in there!

Remclave-great loss! Consistency is the key!

Oh Donna! My heart goes out to you and Julee! I will keep Julee and you in my prayers just as I pray daily for Joyce and Tru.

Ok, as for "super bowl foods"...... Hubby wanted chicken wings and pigs in the blanket. I wanted chicken salad. I love to eat chicken salad on crackers, rather than bread. So, I ate 3 wings, 2 pigs in a blanket and 6 triscut crackers with chicken salad. I'm stuffed. Not the best choices to eat, and what a combo, but I've still been doing real good so I'm not going to beat myself up.

I hope you're all having a good day. Sandy

Thanks Donna for having the courage to share. I can't presume to have any idea what you and Tru and your daughters have gone through; I will presume to say that your bravery at facing each day is an amazing testimony to the rest of us. You all are prayed for consistently.
