OMG Carries that is frightening happy all turned out well.
I haven't been on today I don't remember if I was her yesterday either. Still having nightmares and I am so tired during the day I can't keep my eyes open.
Weight..........I am back down to 181. I got puffed corn and wheat cereal for nighttime snacks. 1 c is 60 calories but 1/2c with milk is enought to take the edge off the hunger before I go to bed at around 11 by 5am I am hungry again so I have yogurt and fruit. I realized with never sleeping I eat more cause I am up. .........gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

I forgot someone sent me a panel. It is Amazing Grace HUGE and Beautiful. There was no name just a note that said a gift and there was no return addy. I don't know who is is from but if it is someone from the weight loss thread THANK YOU!!!!! {{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}

Eat healthy, exercise, TRY and lose weight but most of all have fun.

Tru, I sent my Dec FQ the same day you did. Better late than never.
On a weight loss note, I dropped into a lower bracket. I love it when I pass a zero on the way down.
