It's not a balance disorder, Tru. I have nerve damage in my foot from last Summer's surgery. I am running scared. If I can't walk, I can't keep my dogs. I am not giving up.

I have the Windsor Pilates videos, but I've never opened them. I't definitely something to think about. Fibromyalgia and Lupus are on the warpath, too, but those are old stuff, so I know how to deal with them. Getting old is not for the weak!

How can it turn into 2 lbs. of fat? I don't get it.
I'm with you on the weight. Last month I started off stunning then I hurt my knee. Couldn't excerise much this month & have only lost one pound so far. BUT I did keep off Jan's weight loss so I am not going to complain! Watch out in March....that is going to be MY month!!!!

I hate to see anyone pay too much for postage. Just thought I'd let ya'll know.
Thanks for the info. I was judst feeling lazy & added 3 stamps since it had a card in it too.

i'm finally shrinking again. Down to 267. one and a half pounds is better than gaining.

this has been just a heck of a month. No particular catastrophe, just a yo yo diet and then the virus.

I've been so sluggish and just not accomplishing anything. Still cleaning my sewing room, so no sewing.

I'm ready for March! I want Spring and Sunshine.

I have done lots of hand quilting this week. And re-gained 3#. Story of my life that I am working to change.

Happy Saturday everyone! Can't believe there is only one more week left.

Where are you going in the PNW next fall?

Hi Cindy, we landed in Ocean Park, WA in '99, ended up across the river in Hammond, OR for over a year. DH would live in Canada! Where in OR are you?
