Hello Girls,
I'm finally back. On the outside I look almost like myself but on the inside I still have a few issues. After 27 years of living in a immaculately clean and beautiful house that from the outside looked perfect. I now realize just what a well orchestrated illusion that I had created. I worked two jobs and signed my two daughters up for every activity possible just so that we would be away from the house as much as possible. But eventually I would have to go there. Now I am back in my house and shadows of past memories lurk everywhere it is not so very frightening anymore. The three of us are attending counseling sessions. We breath in and we breath out because that is really all that is expected of us right now but it is at least peaceful. Life is better now.
Thanks for all the prayers and kind thoughts. You really don't know how much it helped to know you were all out there ready to help.

Lisa I have been worried to death about you! Atleast every other day you would pop into my mind. I'm glad you are able to go home. Whatever happened is in the past now you can move forward. I have missed you!! HUGS to you and your children!!

Lisa...........I have been worried about you I'm happy to see you back. {{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}} I know exactly what you mean about an illusion. I started counseling 2 weeks ago. I will never rest until my mom, sister and brother are dead and buried. I wish them a LONG slow painful death. I was abused by them from childhood and my adult life until just about a year ago when I stopped having contact with them. I took it all because of my disability, I thought I needed their help funny thing is they never helped me stranges did not them. I HATE them all. I was 42, beaten and chocked in front of my children by my sister and mom because I had gone to my friend Diane's house for a cup of tea. Just writing this makes me so mad the hatred I have for them is indescribable.

I hope you are able to get some help with your counseling. It has been very helpful for me. I realize now that I am stronger alone than I ever was before. Start with just this minute and breathe in and breath out and let yourself be refreshed, renewed and revitalized. It doesn't happen as fast as you would like but everyday you will be better, stronger and more of yourself, than ever before. Love for you on this journey.
