I copied this from Sheryl Till's blog (QuiltingTizzy)....

HOW TO BE A GRACIOUS WITCH (substitute B for W if you wish :-))-----author unknown

Jennifer's wedding day was fast approaching. Nothing could dampen her excitement - not even her parent's nasty divorce.

Her mother had found the PERFECT dress to wear, and would be the best-dressed mother-of-the-bride ever!

A week later, Jennifer was horrified to learn that her father's new, young wife had bought the exact same dress as her mother!

Jennifer asked her father's new young wife to exchange it, but she refused. "Absolutely not! I look like a million bucks in this dress, and I'm wearing it," she replied.

Jennifer told her mother who graciously said, ''Never mind sweetheart. I'll get another dress. After all, it's your special day.''

A few days later, they went shopping, and did find another gorgeous dress for her mother.

When they stopped for lunch, Jennifer asked her mother, ''Aren't you going to return the other dress? You really don't have another occasion where you
    could wear it."

Her mother just smiled and replied, ''Of course I do, dear.....I'm wearing it to the rehearsal dinner the night BEFORE the wedding.''
(NOW I ASK YOU - IS THERE A WOMAN OUT THERE, ANYWHERE, WHO WOULDN'T ENJOY THIS STORY?)

Women are Angels. And when someone breaks our wings.... We simply continue to fly ........ on a broomstick..... We are flexible
    like that....

    wow tru...

I have a good friend who in her 60's... sounds like sort of a similar situation for her. We've been praying (she and I) over her whole family situation and for it (and them) to not have any 'hooks' in her or anything to do with her anymore. Her hatred was immense but her hurt/feelings of betrayal were worse and lasted longer.

Glad you're getting help with it/for it/through it. My prayers are with you...

Thank you I really need prayers. I was betrayed also. My brother and mom stole about $60,000 from me and my children. Yes I wrote sixty thousand dollars. It was bonds that were left in mine and my minor childrens names from my dad. The killer is my mom and brother didn't need the money they were VERY well off. It was a drop in the bucket to my mom, sister and brother. My brother bought a house in 1996 for $250,000 cash. My sister has a house worth over a million dollars. Plus over 100 acre's of property upstate NY with a log cabin, a hunting lodge and a guest house. I live below poverty level for the state of Ohio. Let me say never sign anything the day you just had surgery on drugs and don't know up from down and have a family of bast**ds. Then again I didn't realize what was signed I was so drugged up. I didn't even know I signed anything until it was too late. They left me and my children homeless and destitude. May they rot in H**L
