Hi everyone I've been away from there for much to long. I need to catch up on all the posts. There are a LOT! Hope all is good with you all and we have a great weight loss coming. I haven't been doing anything this month still weigh what I did the first of the month. But there is always next month. It's late so ta ta for now

Been a sucky month-my back went out on me the end of January-I think-time is becoming a blur and I couldn't exercise for 3 weeks. Tried the bike twice last week still touchy. Feeling better last weekend and of course over did it setting up the guest room and organizing my sewing room. Not back to square one but far enough back that my back is screaming again. I'm not a whiner but I'm beginning to think I could give it a try. I have to exercise to the extreme to lose weight and usually do a combination of cardio and lifting 5 days a week. Going stir crazy.

Lynne do you ever want to lean up against a wall and disappear into it just so you can have a minute to breathe? I'm going to have a good day, I hope. Besides feeling sick I feel good emotionally this morning. But we know that can change in a heart beat! LOL! It's cloudy and raining and that makes me happy. I think I will run to WM before the severe storms set in this afternoon. You all have a wonderful day. If you don't hear from me by this evening then it means I was carried away by a tornado. :-)
