    I have been trying to lose weight for years now. I finally have a doctor's appointment to see if there is something wrong with me. I eat healthy and I exercise. I have been to a nutiritionist and she told me I didn't eat enough. She told me when you get older you have to exercise more. Said I should excercise 2 hours a day. Who has time to exercise that much??? Hopefully the doctor will give me some insight.

    Oh I am so excited a new baby for purplemen.........I am soooooooooo bad I just sent my FQ today. I hope you like it is is flannel with pastel yellow and mint green with little kittens on it. I thought you could make a burp cloth with it instead of using in a quilt.
