Down 9.6 lbs this month, but this HCG drops & 500 calories a day is very tough. Finishing day 12 -14 more to go, then maintenance for 6 weeks to let skin catch up with increased exercise. (sigh) sure comes off a lot slower and harder than it went on...
So sorry about Max. Hope all stay safe in the bad weather. Stay strong this weekend.

Thank you everyone. I'm feeling really hollow at the moment. Every time I think about him I just want to stare off into space and go blank. The worst part is I just want to sit myself down with a bucket of ice cream and eat and cry. I am a stress eater and it is really bad right now....

    I want Max back!

Wow! What great results! I'm trying to stay on 1200 calories a day and lately, the operative word is trying. You are an inspiration!

I can gain poundage in a day, but it takes me 5 days to take that same pound off! This is NOT fair!

    Cybrarian.........that is great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is weigh in. I HAVE HAD to have lost it is impossible to have exercised 20 minutes twice a day since I found out that is the best amount of time, eat better and healthier then I have been doing the past few months and not lost. So be prepared if I lost I will be fine if I didn't WATCH OUT. You think I have my panties on backwards the other day? That would be nothing as compared to how pissed I will be if the the scale doesn't show a loss.

Hey, it may take time for your body to register the loss. Don't despair.

I have been bouncing all month. Up a pound, down a pound, up a pound, it's exhausting! Guess I better get my FQ ready.
