Weighed in this morning............I am BELOW 180 I am 178!!!! I thought I started the month at 185 I was wrong that was last month this month I started at 181 so I lost 3 lbs not great but it wasn't a gain and it is below 180.
Tru why don't you do a cut and paste. Go to where you wrote the rules and high light the rules then right click and click on cut then start the new topic when your new page comes up click in the new page and right click again and click on paste.
To high light all you do is place your cursor at the beginning and hold down the left click on your mouse and scroll down til everything is in blue then release the left click then hit the right click and do as stated above.
I just recently learned how to do this. Once you have it all transferred you can make any needed changes for it to be updated.

We are gonna be in for a long night tonight. Probably won't get any sleep. We have severe storms on their way and according to the weather channel we have a 5 in 10 chance of having a tornado close to the Tenn and Ky state lines. Well guess what we are 6 to 7 miles from the area they are talking about.
This means that Corey (our 15 yr. old son) is gonna drive me crazy worrying to death about it. SIGH!!!!

Wow! What great results! I'm trying to stay on 1200 calories a day and lately, the operative word is trying. You are an inspiration!

I can gain poundage in a day, but it takes me 5 days to take that same pound off! This is NOT fair!
    ditto - really sucks!

You can call me Donna Lynn, that's what I get called when I'm in trouble... quite often actually. Or 1 and 2 is all right. Just call me in time to eat...
    LOL!

Tru and everyone else that has lost wt this month, congrats. I will be weighing in tomorrow. Not expecting a huge loss, but I'm sure there will be a loss. Those 4 days I was sick and didn't eat hardly anything at all, and since feeling better, have not overdone it. So, there SHOULD be a loss.

Carol, Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Carol. Happy birthday to you. And many more...

I don't know but I've been told, someone here is getting old......
(I hate it when the kids sing that one.....)

I hope you all have a good day. I went to bed with a splitting headache and it's still here this morning. Didn't go to church. My bad..... Hugs to all, Sandy
