Just dropping in for a quick hello. Haven't been online all week. Hope you are all doing well.

Sorry about the mess Sandy. I hope John makes it right. Stand your ground.

Sandy I am so sorry. Do you have a written contract I hope? Whatever additional aspects to the job you agree on with John the contractor be sure it is all in writing spelled out specifically with completion dates and prices. I'm with Leann stand your ground!

I would also add this tid bit. You can also include penalties for not completing on time. For example; You can say,,,If thus and such is not completed a reduction in cost of $250.00 per day will begin after the first 24 hours and will include those 24 hours as part of the penalty.

I did this with a roofing contractor who was giving me a huge big deal. The new roof was to cost $5,000.00 finished. This guy would take off days, work slowly, smoke, mess around, or just not show up. By the time he was finished I owed him a total of $300.00 which was less than the cost materials.

I am still sick, started throwing up around 6am. In bed the entire day freezing and my stomach rumbling. I hope it is a 24 hour thing. I am making tea right now so while I wait for the water to boil I thought I would check it..........

    Tru,
I've got the same thing. I ate my breakfast and about 20 minutes later it all came up. Have had chills and fever all day. Headache and tummy ache. I had rice for supper and it doesn't feel so great.

I'm headed to bed as soon as Idol is over.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am ready for February to be done. It seems like everything has started going downhill this month. (Oh, except my weight, THAT is not going downhill.)

If you believe the "law of gravity" what goes up must come down. Unfortunately for me, it's been my rear end and my boobs!

Ok who is spreading this stomach thing around?? I have had a rock Or a bolder in my tummy ever since I ate lunch. When it finally stopped hurting I decided to have a bowl of cereal and it started back up. Ugh!! I can't be sick there's no one to take care of Eli!! I'm gonna go to bed and pray for healing. Good night all.
