I have the Windsor Pilates videos, but I've never opened them. I't definitely something to think about. Fibromyalgia and Lupus are on the warpath, too, but those are old stuff, so I know how to deal with them. Getting old is not for the weak!

I haven't gotten updates in two days. To much to read!
I have been researching saggy skin. To avoid, don't lose weight quickly, drink lots of water, take vitamin C, and exercise. Yoga, Pilates, push-ups, weight training and cardio all have their benefits. (There is no way to avaoid the sag, as skin loses elasticity as we age.) It may take up to a year (or longer) for the skin to shrink back.
I only have 18 pounds to lose and I am no longer fat! I would like to have it off by June. So far the only goal I have reached was my goal to lose 75 pounds. I have two pounds left to get there. I would like to lose another 35 pounds, but I will be happy with the 18.
In June it will be one year of changing my lifestyle. Losing weight was harder and easier than I thought it would be. The biggest discovery I found about trying to change is; it is to easy to slip back into bad habits.
I hope everyone is doing better health wise. Carol
