Crap it's that time of the month again. I hate it!!!!!! I have to started the new thread for the weight loss challenge. It is SO LONG writing the rules then all the newbies with their questions. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it!

Weighed in this morning............I am BELOW 180 I am 178!!!! I thought I started the month at 185 I was wrong that was last month this month I started at 181 so I lost 3 lbs not great but it wasn't a gain and it is below 180.
