    I think Carries is on steriods because she is training to be a wrestler. A SUMMA wrestler!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL :shock: :shock: I could be wrong that might be Missy!!!!!!!!!!

    Me too! I love the 0's. And I get excited about the 5's too.

    It always makes me feel like progress. I haven't weighed this little in over 6 years.

    Yes, I feel that way too. However, I am trying to make every 5 lbs. a major goal. I don't qualify for the fq yet. But one of these days, I will. Trying to do what Carol says---exercise. So I bought Leslie Samsone CD and walk at home as well a doing yoga.

    Ya'll have convinced me! I just bought the Leslie Sansome cd at buy.com. Was only $5 incl shipping.

    somone at the beginning of the month asked about pilates and they ordered equiptment at amazon. WHO was it and have you been doing it and how has it been working out for you?

    You are going to love it! I got two three lb dumbbells and do the Tone and Walk also. I do one mile in the morning, another mile in the afternoon and whatever I can do during the day. I try to get five miles in a day! I am keeping up with it. You will be amazed at how much better you feel! Trust me. This is fantabulous and you will love it. And it goes so darn fast. Just when you are at your peak, it is cool down time. Good luck to you. Edie
