Oh yes, I am on a very limited vitamin K foods - no green leafy vegetables or broccoli, beets, etc. No liver. no cranberries or juice.
All takes practice and determination. Makes a 1200 calorie diet much more difficult. Can't do the salad thing to fill up.

I am feeling absolutely terrific! I have lost weight, am on an exercise regimen now, me and my pedometer are inseparable. All this in the comforts of our home! Edie
