Here is the official NoH8 photo. I think it turned out awesome. Maybe getting the word out will help reduce the suicide rate among our kids. I really hope so. Too many kids are dying for no reason at all.

Missy I would like a pink one.
I won't be PMing Tru again. But I am gonna get serious again in Feb. I seem to have taken a break from losing weight. 6 months of this and I guess I just got tired of watching everything I ate. I think it is good to have a break.

I did drink too much soda and sweet tea over the past few days, but I will double up on my water now and that will help.
