I only lost 1 lb for the whole month....just not putting my head into it - weight loss is 90% mental and 10% physical. I need to get them both in gear. I've already signed up for February.

so we are suppose to get hit with an ice storm which mean I will probably lose electric. a few years ago it was out for 3 day. If you don't hear from me you know why and I will annouce the winner when the electric is back on. I have enough wood for 2 days after that I am skrewed.

Only 4.5 lbs. everyone sure not enough to win but I'm glad to see them go. I wonder who will be the winner this month?
