Hey! I used to live on Seventh Street by Lion's Park!!!! 8-)

I was wondering about that Regular status thing, I seem to have lost mine at well. Maybe posting on this thread will give it back to me.

Strive for less sounds like a great plan, I think I'll adopt that too.
I lived on Seventh Street on the corner of Washington, just until I was six. What a small world. You have to have 20 posts in two weeks to keep your regular status.

It's great! It keeps track of you food, your exercise & calories burned, etc. I have it as an app on my phone.

Let me know what you think if you try it! :)

    Don't forget....LOTS of water! :)
Thanks for the site , I am going to take a close look at it later.
My DH told me to join the gym, he gets a pretty good discount from his work (hospital) , he can go the the cardiac unit as an employee and use the gym there so he goes everyday. I didnt want to say no so I wouldnt feel like a 'slacker' so I signed up.

Oh that's a good idea. I'm going to see if there's a template or something on my pc to make a graph?
Try SparkPeople or livestrong, com, the have a system in place to record. It also has the calories already figured out for you. I use livestrong but I like to read the article in Sparkpeople.

I also use www.livestrong.com and have lost 46lbs. Gained over Christmas as I didn't record and ate what I wanted. Oh well back on it as of today. Good Luck everyone looks like we have a great bunch this month. Lots of Newbies. Welcome all glad you're here, get ready to loose weight and have some great laughs.

About the "regular thing" I know I've made more than 20 posts in 2 weeks but am not a regular. I just figured it had to be consistent to be listed as one and for me it depends on how much craziness I'm dealing with, I figure being a part of this group will bring me here almost daily. I had forgotten about the measuring as well as weighing thanks for the reminder!

Well just made myself a liar, I'm a regular! For today anyway, school starts back Monday! My darlins will be fine once they get their routine going get past the initial glitches in their Dual credit classes, and remember I only tolerate minimum whining and it has to be for good reason!

chest..............there isn't a tape measure big enough to measure those big girls. lol

I do wish my hips were smaller. However, I've always, even at my smallest, had hips that are 4" larger than my chest.
