    Yep! I love it. The Wii Fit Plus is even better~ more games & challenges. I figure if it can make me laugh while I excerise it can't be all bad. Tips...hmmm...just go slow & build up. The Yoga & Strength training are really good but hard. Do what you can even if it's not exactly what they do, you'll get there. Hope your tummy is feeling better soon.

    Missy if I saw that in real life and not as a picture I would be SOOOOOOO tempted to go push her off the railing/balance beam whatever it is. Just for fun. LOL

    I'm in. I have never done this before so do I have to sign up anyplace else? I have got to get control of my eating and exercise more.
