Oh wait.... my scale needs adjusting... drat it!

Gym date tomorrow... I think I'll take a Victoria's Secret catalog with me... so I can look over all the new purchases I'll be able to make (or get my husband to make) after losing 50 pounds this year..... !

    Good idea, Tru.

I think I'll try a cup of chamomile tea now. Should help with the cramping and queasiness.

This virus is a Mother... takes me back to my pregnancy days...and I don't want to go there!

you lose 50 you don't need Victoria Secret cause i don't think you will have them on too long.   ask hubby that, I am sure I am right. lol

if it is a gyn date are you just going to sit there? i suggest you get your butt in gear and work out. you will not lose 50lb looking at a catalog, i know that from experience.

 There's this little thing on the Elliptical, the Cross Trainer, the Stationary Bike, etc.... and it's called.....are you ready?.... it's called a "book rack". lol I set my magizines on it and workout while I read and listen to my Shuffle. Magizines and catalogs are actually easier to deal with cause they lie flat. Paperbacks and hardbacks you have to hold all the time. Doesn't work for me...

Well just slap me silly, I didn't know that. I have never been to a gym I do pilates at home and with all the foot harnesses and resistance cords it looks more like I am getting ready for an X rated movie then exercising.
