    This is more like the group I so love to be around Sounds like a great day going on.
    Had to get on the scale this morning even after I said I would do it only one a week I lost 2.5 so I'm doing the happy dance for all us "lossers"
    About ready to go on our walk, try to do at least 1.5 mi. in under 40 min. If our Jasper had his was it would be a 3 mile in 10 mi.
    Having cottage cheese with fruit for lunch and turkey for dinner with lots of veggies
    Everyone keep up the good work and happy slimming to all
