OK I am all set I ordered my baby food from amazon now I could snack away.....yummmmmm
Started pilates last week after not doing them for several months. I am up to 10 minutes, not bad.
I am doing an entire make over not just weight loss. I gave myself another facial tonight......yogurt,oatmeal,cocoa, and ginger. While that was on my face for 20 minutes I took a bath in lemon juice and sugar. Washed the facial off and put a light coat of olive oil, mineral oil and vit E on my face. My face feels great.

You do not need expensive products to take care of yourself.

I didn't have any carbs with dinner so I will have a cup of tea and cinnamon toast as a snack before bed.

Bonnie do you eat scotch oats? I like them they have more body to them. However I use plain regular oatmeal. It cooks faster in the microwave. You can also use apple juice and raisins instead of OJ and dried cranberries.

sorry it is from hearing about people falling off bicycles.
Only about 5 or 6 times, it was hitting the block wall that was the real belly laugh.
I think I just burned more calories. :P.

I've never tried scotch oats I'll have to look for them.

Wow this thread has just exploded so many people posting it's hard to keep up with the reading. I'm so glad so many are doing so well. Keep up the good work everyone.

Yum... I love Scottish Oats... not rolled, but steel cut. They're so flavorful on their own. Well, I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow!

I lost a lb between the 1'st and today. Back to the gym for me again tomorrow. Thank you all for making this fun!

Dotty (dotcomdtcm) has a tutorial on it here in the tutorial section. Just go to her profile and click on her topics and you should be able to find it there. If you want to wait I will find the link for it after I get little man settle down.

Dude.. I do that work thing, and I have over 5 pages to read!

First off - ANY movement counts, so I'm giving a huge high five to everyone who got up and moved!

Second - CARRIE!!! You go girlie!! I think that we're about neck and neck with this weight loss thing, you're doing the exact same as me by setting mini goals. I'm so so proud of you.

Third - I went to the gym with my SIL today and I felt AWESOME that I was on the elliptical at level 16 for 45 minutes and she stopped after 10 on level 2. :D She even made the comment that she was impressed with my stamina "for a big girl" I wasn't sure if I should take offense to the big girl comment (considering I'm about 45 pounds down now) but I'm proud of myself.

AND as of today, I am 53 pounds away from my ultimate goal.
