So sad for you. Try keeping a little journal for those stray thoughts and memories.

    OH GOSH!! HELP ME!!!
I love my Dh dearly but he decided to get up early and irritate the h__l out of me. He has interupted my quiet time talking about nothing, just seems to be rambling and rambling about studid s__t. With this menopause I really don't need it this morning. If I tell him anything then he will mope around the rest of the day acting like I did some aweful thing to him. He is off for the 4 days we will see if I can survive. Pray for him that I don't do him in. LOL!!!!

LMBO, I feel your pain, I am married to a farmer who is a part time truck driver so he is home a lot, I HATE it when he is home. He went for years and was a very quiet person,in fact I used to be asking all the time why he was so quiet. Now he talks non-stop about stuff I couldn't even give two s^&Ts about! and B****es abot everything like an old man. GRRRRRRR. I had to resort to an occasional dose of xanax added to my daily meds lol. At least you love yours dearly, we are basicly roommates ok TMI but it makes it even harder to take!

Man, when you miss any amt of time on here, you come back to pages and pages. I love it! The posts here keep me motivated and going. Thanks everyone for posting so often. Thanks Missy for your much needed humor!!!

Yesterday I went for physical therapy. As I walk up to the counter to sign in, the receptionist was eating a scrumptious looking dessert. Well....that got my mind to racing, thinking how I would love to have some kind of dessert. Thank goodness I couldn't leave for the next hr or I probably would have made a quick dash to the bakery. During my hour of PT, I got to thinking about how good I have done this week with my food choices and exercise. I do NOT want to set myself back a week. So I had an hr to talk myself out of eating something fattenting. When I left PT, I came straight home, where there is nothing fattening to eat. YEAH me!!!!

I wasn't going to weigh myself until tomorrow, with tomorrow being 1 wk of dieting, but decided after the close call of bakery goods yesterday, I should weigh myself to see the results of my doing so good. I am thrilled........I have lost 5.7 lbs. YEAH ME!!!!!!! I was at 257.1 this morning. My next goal is for 8 lbs, which will get me out of the 250's. I am now so psyched up into doing good. Go away bakery goods!!!!!! I will NEVER see 262.8 lbs on my scales again. NEVER!!!!!! Sandy

Oh sandy I'm so so happy for you! One step at a time! You'll get there!

And I finally decided on a block for the fat quilts for fluffy people. I made one block but I have to make 45! I appliqued a turtle to remind me of the long and worthwhile journey. I'm planning on making each bordering fabric a bright color so it'll be a rainbow. What do you think?
