Yesterday I did some housework and cleaned in my sewing room. It is such a disaster!

Then I went on a eating binge! Today my weight is up 4 pounds! I'm not sure what triggered what, but I started the day right and got back on the wagon. I was down 7 pounds for the month, but now it is only 3.

I'm still not getting updates on this group. Arrrggghhh!

Good luck, every one! I'm waiting on the snow that's supposed to close down the South.

We LOVE Outback! I always order the same thing...salmon with veggies and a baked sweet potato...I always order water to drink. What kills me is when i am not careful is with the bread. Cause that bread is YUMMY!!

Good for you for turning down that Thunder Down Under! You did great LaurieJo!!

The snow is on it's way! We got 6" last night but I am in South Dakota so that is normal for us. You guys are gonna get pounded though. I sure will be praying that you do not have any power issues. That would be awful!

Don't worry about the weight gain...it will come off soon. You really are doing great!

Did you know that they have a smaller version of the desserts? It isn't on the menu but you can ask for it. It is also much cheaper.

Oh wow. I hated getting my period. I had a hysterectomy when I was 22 so it has been YEARS since my last one. Hang in there girl!!

Tru glad to hear that you are over the flu bug - now just to get rid of that pesty period.

Missy you are the first that I have heard of that had a hysterectomy younger than I did. I was 24 when I had to have mine. Don't miss the monthly hassle.

Carrie do you take anything to help with all of the menopause ups and downs. I couldn't have made it without them and still can't. My kids use to call them my grouch pills.

    Thanks,
    Sherryl

Check out my free quilting offer that I have under the Free/Donations. I am only up to #9. It is like a scavanger hunt.

    Thanks,
