Congrats Missy, way to go!!!!!!!
Gywn, have you thought about an exercise bike? My friend used to cycle in front of her favourite TV shows and before she knew it she had been on for an hour or so!!

I had an exercise bike. The orthopedic doctor said it was just about all I could use. Unfortunately, it was noisy and felt unstable. We used it for a coat rack. Now I have CDs with exercise routines designed for people in wheel chairs. As I lose weight, I hope to be able to get more mobile and do some walking outdoors. For now I just make the loop around the house and up and down the stairs. I had been going outside and around the back yard, but I got tired of all the dogs next door.

I need something to get me back on track....
This morning, i went on a 20 minute walk. had program breakfast(11:30 am)...but then got really depressed...ate 1 tootsie roll...(granddaughter got from 4th July parade)... had a program dinner (lunch was missed because it was closer to supper than lunch) Well, long story short = I just finished off 10 tootsie rolls not to mention the double bubble gum! Stomach is not liking that much junk. :( I need to get off the sugar... I can trash the rest of the stuff...her mother said it wasn't going home with them...
Help!!!!
