    Congrats Missy, way to go!!!!!!!
Gywn, have you thought about an exercise bike? My friend used to cycle in front of her favourite TV shows and before she knew it she had been on for an hour or so!!

I had an exercise bike. The orthopedic doctor said it was just about all I could use. Unfortunately, it was noisy and felt unstable. We used it for a coat rack. Now I have CDs with exercise routines designed for people in wheel chairs. As I lose weight, I hope to be able to get more mobile and do some walking outdoors. For now I just make the loop around the house and up and down the stairs. I had been going outside and around the back yard, but I got tired of all the dogs next door.

Oh hun! I know how easy it is to fall off the wagon. Just pull yourself up by your bootstraps and wipe the dust off of your skirt and get back on the wagon. No better time than now. What is done is done but tomorrow is a new day and I know you can do it!!!
