Trupeach - you go girl! Nothing like being able to get into clothes we thought we outgrew. Took my son out for his birthday today and the food was verrrrry salty. It always takes at least two days to recover from that. I guess it is water retention from all the salt. Sure was good though.

No need for pants but today I decided to try on my jeans. I couldn't have gotten into then with a 3 lb tub of crisco smeared all over me a few months ago and today I could zipper them. :D :D :D OK, OK I wouldn't be able to sit in them or wear them for more then 5 minutes standing but the point it they zipped. There wasn't a 5 inch gap of flesh at the waist like there was the last time I tried them on. I pulled and tugged and the zipper closed.

trupeach 1:
Congradualations on getting the jeans zipped! I think its the small things that we are grateful for that help us reach our goals. I started going to Curves two weeks ago. I had wanted to join years ago but always had an excuse( some legit others just afraid of the unknown.) So I have been working hard on putting exercise first, dishes and etc. second
Last night I went to a BBQ that I didn't know many people at and the ones I did were the hosts so were busy with other people. I ate more than I should of but stopped early i the evening and tried to find other things to do besides eat. So I feel I made progress. This am. I walked.
