I don't know what I'm doing but finally the weight is coming off. :D I've lost another 1/2 lb. 8 lbs in one month.... it's not huge loses like on The Biggest Loser show but then again, I'm not doing horrendous amounts of exercise everyday. I think the stress if finally easing up and my body is able to respond to the healthy food.

Missygirl............................Has anyone heard from her???????????? She hasn't been on the board in almost 2 weeks. I sent her a PM and no reply, I called and got voice mail. I am worried, we know of her problems so if anyone has heard from her please post it so we know she is OK.

Good for you Leota, I have lost 3.5 so far for the month.
I to hope Missygirl is ok, maybe on vacation or has company herself and been to busy to touch base with us. Saying a little prayer for her just in case.

Hi girls! I just got home from my two week vacation in Texas. I am going to read all of the messages tonight and try and respond as soon as I can. I am plain pooped out. LOL!
