The rules will be different this month............a person CAN NOT win 2 months in a row, it is not fair to others. There are some people who are under doctors care and having all kinds of extra help etc. For those of us doing it ourself we can not keep up with you. I hope this seems fair to everyone. If there is a problem please PM me. Thanks :D :D
This is on the honor system, July 1st weigh yourself and write it down (DO NOT SEND IT TO ME) during the month of July you will come to this thread, (June's thread will close) for encouragement, tips, and friendship. On July 31 weigh yourself again and then PM me with the total amount of weight you have lost. I have in the past posted the winner on the 1st of the month I can not promise that this time. DD will be having her 5th surgery July 27 however the winner will be posted within the 1st week of Aug. I hope you all will be OK with that.
OK now for the fun the winner will receive 1 FQ from the players who didn't lose as much weight. When the winner is announced it is your job to contact them to get their addy as to where to send the FQ.
July's theme............those who know me know I am a big history buff. We won independence on July 4th. however the event that is burned into my brain happened July 1-3 1863 it was the battle of Gettysburg, the turning point of the Civil War. This months FQ's will be civil war repro's
So eat healthy, exercise, lets lose that fat but most of all have fun doing it!!!!!!!:lol: :lol:
