I missed too many pages for me to go back and read them all. I hope everyone is doing good with getting healthy. I myself have been BAD. I don't mean to be I was doing good at least I have kept the 19 lbs off that I lost when I first started this journey. I have been baking so often for DD and I just can't help myself when I am depressed I eat. So it has been cupcakes and cookies. DD is gaining too which was good for her after lossing so much weight this past year but she decided this coming week she has to start to eat healthy once again so I should be back on track. Today was the last straw, DD lives in PJ's, she would wear bottoms and T's for tops however she is not allowed to put anything over her head so I bought her PJ's with button down tops. They were so cute and on sale I bought myself a few pairs too. I got an x large...........they are too small I probably needed a 1 or 2 x I didn't know the difference between x-large and 1x I called to exchange them and you can not exchange on line they were from Sears and you have to return them at the store. If I want to re order the slae is no longer on I would have to pay full price. I am determinded to wear them and for them to fit I will have to loss at least 15 lbs. I am on a quest I am determinded to loss that before the fall so I can wear my new PJ's.

Well, I am doing better now that I am home...what is it about vacations that all I want to do is eat (and I don't mean healthy). I guess I feel I am on vacation from eating right also. Anyways it set me back on my weight loss but I am back on track now. Hope I can make some head way by the end of the month!

The difference between XL and 1X is mostly where they put the X. Extra Large is usually a misses size. Although it is large, it tends to still pattern the proportions of a more average woman's shape. A 1X is usually a Woman's size. It is proportioned more like an older, mature woman. A bit more fabric to account for our extra bags and sags. Just be glad you only need a 1X, I wear a 4X. Got to get moving.

I got weighed at doctors today I have lost 18 and I hope to lose a few more before I go next Tuesday,I have been so good but were having a doing for my daughter and her future husband. They will be serving chips, pretzels and peanuts.Would it be aweful of me if I took carrots, cucumbers and radishes to eat instead. My friends said it would but I don't want to sit there and look terrible as I refuse to eat them.

Why not take a relish tray? That way everyone can have a 'healthier' choice. And make sure you eat or have a smoothy before going. Being hungry is what will make you miserable. Remember, it is a party, not dinner. Try talking, listening and admiring the flowers, art work, jokes...Be with the people, not the food.

You know what I am finding? If I don't eat healthy, I don't have as much fun. My poor body has no energy, I feel and look sick. I think it is the stress - and they are stressful - of vacations that drives me to eat. I want to be calm and food is my drug. A walk around the pool or a really cold bottle of lemon water helps more.

Don't feel guilty. You've done the right thing. Pick yourself up and head on down the track. Good for you.

Theres no way I can take enough for the people theres going to be over 400 people for this.I just want to take some so I know I won't eat there snacks and save room for a piece of pizza or 2 as I left room in my calories for that.My girlfriend says I should go with the flow and forget about calories for 1 nite but I don't want to gain wat I have lost as that was hard work to lose.

Also I find that I'm kind of an all or nothing person. If I "forget about calories" even for one meal it affects my whole day (I mean it's already ruined right?) and then that goes into the next and the next day. I mean, I've already blown the week.

You do whatever YOU feel comfortable doing and good luck I hope things work out for you.
