The demo-ing of our kitchen is continuing today. The noise. The dust. The buttcrack. Ugh. Keep your buttcrack to yourself please. Thank you!

Now Missy if they guys didn't have their buttcrack exposed I would question their ability of doing the job correctly.

I know I am gaining this weekend as long as I don't go over my suicide weight of 185 it's OK. My scary weight is 170 but we all know I am above that. jim went and got us Boars Head cold cuts. Bologna, ham, liverwurst along with rye and pumpernickle bread. The store is farther way and the church lady doesn't go there so it is a real treat to have this kind of food. You can get Boars Head in NY, so it seems like home to me. Very few stores in Ohio sell it. For breakfast I had pumpernickle bread with butter and cream cheese. Lunch bologna and cheese on rye with chocolate milk youmo. No pies or crap it is so called OK food. I will eat it until tomorrow and Monday go back on to my healthy eating plan.
