Way to go!!! I've been eating good this but I gained!!!???? I don't know how???? I think it might be close to that time of month, it seems it retain a lot of water and feel so bloated too. Also I feel like I am starving all the time but I refuse to eat and eat.
If you feel bloated it must be water weight gain. It will go away by next week.
What about the feeling like I am starving all the time. I just ate dinner and I still feel hungry infact my stomach is grumbling it's been this way for 3 days now, whether I eat or not. Driving me crazy.
Are you drinking water during the day? It helps. I add crystal lite and it tastes great.

Now Missy if they guys didn't have their buttcrack exposed I would question their ability of doing the job correctly.
They are doing a great job so I guess the buttcrack is okay. LOL!

My departed husband made up these words to the tune "Do Your Ears Hang Low?"

    Do....your pants hang low?
    Does your butt crack show?
When you bend down to your knees,
Do you feel a little breeze?
Must your cheeks be in a vice
Just to show it once or twice?
    Do your pants hang low?

Now, did you ladies know that showing the top of your boxers above your pants can be a sign of disrespect in gangland? Yes, if your enemy/rival gangs color is red, one way to be disrespectful is to wear red boxers that will show when your pants hang low. As for me, I would rather see the top of your underwear than the butt crack any day.

    :)

I heard someone say that if you take your weight and divide in half that is the amount of water you should drink in a day. I found that I couldn't drink that much and started pushing my self to drink that amount I actually can do it and that I'm not as hungry. Along with small amounts of protein during the day to sustain myself.

That would be ounces of water. This time of year its harder to do so I heat up my water and drink it warm. Also crystal light like someone else mentioned works very well. Hope this helps.

    Okay guys...time for some advice...

We have a Christmas Eve get together where we exchange gifts. The limit is $15.00. So I was thinking of making a table topper or a table runner using my stash. Do you think that is a good gift or should I go find something cutesy to give? The gift exchange is a Chinese gift exchange so I do not know who will end up with my gift.

    What do you guys think?
