I am so discouraged. I gained weight this month plus I usually gain about 5 lbs during "that time". Will try again in December.

don't get discouraged.... 1. women have more water retention because of being a woman. 2. It's the holidays - even if you are eating healthy, stress can cause weight gain or no-loss. 3. you could have hit a plateau.. eat an apple each day and stay on program... you will start losing again.

2.5 pounds for me. That's two and half pounds less to carry around. Not wonderful, but at least it wasn't a gain.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I really have to lose 50 lbs. Daughter getting married in August. Really don't want to wear a Mumu, lol. It is so hard to lose, especially when on meds. Thanks again, Laura A in Brick, NJ

Great job on losing the 9 pounds. How tall are you? I am trying to picture you in my head. You're under 140 now and want to lose another 38 lbs, are you trying to get to 100? Be careful and healthy.
