Has anyones shoes gotten too big???????? Years ago I lost 60 lbs and my shoes became too wide, by feet were falling out of them. It took 7 years and I gained it all back and more. BRB I still haven't weighed myself like I said I was doing earlier.

I don't remember what I was the last time I weighed myself. It's posted someplace. I remember it was around my suicide weight of 185. I weigh 181 today............a loss of 27 lbs since I started last year. So I was pretty close when I said it took about a year to lose 30 lbs and I have 30 more to go so we will be doing this thread in 2011.

YAY!! I am happy that you have lost more weight! I will be doing this until my weight is gone. Plus where else would I go to mouth off about things? LOL

    I loved seeing your pictures.

Carrie, your new avatar is lovely. You look so much younger.

Missy, I understand not liking your apron, but please tell us what you DO like about yourself. You transformation from the woman in the chair to your avatar is amazing.

Tru, to lose weight while inactive is amazing.

You all are so inspiring. I'm going to get off here and go do some work - burn calories and make the house look better. That's a win-win situation.

I wonder what my Monday weigh in will bring. Better than this week's pound, I hope, but losing only one beats gaining one.

You know everything I like about me is not physical. I like that I am good with people and that I have a calling to help my peers that are struggling with mental illness. I like that i am a dang good cook and that I am motivated to learn how to eat and cook better. I love the way my quilts turn out. I love being me.

So see...none of this is physical and I want to love my physical person too. I guess that just takes time.
