    The rules............On Nov 1st weigh yourself and write it down, DO NOT PM IT TO ME!!!!!!! On Nov 30 you will weigh yourself again and THEN and only THEN will I have to know you weight loss. You will come to this thread for recipes, help, encouragement and {{{{{HUGS}}}. The person who loses the most weight is the winner and the people who lost less will send the winner a themed FQ, that is the prize. You can not win 2 months in a row. This is pounds lost not % lost.
    There is always personal chit chat not pertaining to weight loss so if you will complain (which people have in the past) PLEASE do not join.

    I woke up to frost and I thought of the poem
    When the frost is on the pumpkin
    that's the time for........................FLANNEL

    This months FQ theme is flannel, nice soft warm cozy flannel. As always if you do not have flannel or can not buy it send a FQ that you do have.

    Now let's eat healthy, lose weight and have FUN!!!!!!!!!
