    Exercise today.... priming two rooms in the addition (500 sq ft)
    exercise Saturday... helping a friend clean a new home for viewing this week (2500 sq ft...down stairs only) yeah... huge house....

    Weight loss...zip.. zero.. nada... but not gaining.

    Yippee!!! I wish I was doing as well. The scale hasn't budged in two weeks. Blergh

    Just went for a 10 min walk around the park. It was so nice being outside and enjoying the fall weather.
