    ! more day until the last day of the month, I lost NOTHING maybe a pound but I haven't been feeling weel for over 3 weeks what did I expect. I will have to start the Nov thread ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will post the link here when I start the new thread.

    Tru, you don't need to explain to us. Believe me, we all understand what you mean about not feeling well. There is nothing worse than not feeling well and having to follow a diet. Yuk!!!

    I wonder how hard this diet is going to be since the holidays are coming but I will keep this going as long as it is not only me that is here.
