All you have to do is post on the November thread that you want to be in, then at the end of the month you PM trupeach1 with how much you lost. During the month you can post or not post however much you prefer. We have lots of fun!

Down 6lbs total for the month total. Had a slight gain while on vacation a week ago...oh well. Doing good this week though. What was the theme for October? Christmas? Can't wait to see who won. I was the winner last month and it's been tons of fun receiving fat quarters from all over the US, Canada and even Australia! Thanks to all those who sent fat quarters. This string is motivating.

Well, I lost the 3 lbs I gained so that means ZERO additional lbs lost but, hey.... I'm at my lowest point in 6 years :D
