Congratulations to Sandra D and all the others which have lost their weight. I have GAINED 5lbs having problems with thyroid again and this time no loosing just gaining. I exercise in the pool 3"s week treadmill and the eliptical!!! Something wrong with this picture for sure. I'm hoping that it is not to late for this months. Where do I get the information to send the fq to. I know that I need to pm Sandra but where do I find her pm information? Thank you and congratulations to all you wonder people out there.
