Ok, what the heck. I can use all the encouragement I can get and a fat quarter sure is a good price

Is anyone else a type 2 diabetic?

You can follow their plan or make your own and keep a food journal.

Yepppp. Numbers are good, but I've fallen off the diet wagon. And I was doing so good for a while. Time to begin again!

Hi all. I plan to lose as much weight as is healthly to do in a month so that I will have a chance to win the fabric :) My plan is to do some form of exercise everyday and not eat any unhealthy food [except sweetner in my coffee.] I will also feel good about myself even if I don't feel like it. Feeling good about myself is essential for me in order to lose weight.

I HAD lost 40 pounds, but am up 10 due to an enormous amount of stress in the last few months. I will lose that 10 pounds this month. I have a really icky day coming up on the 16th, but I am not going to eat it "make it all better."

Today was a great day, but I have to stay up all night with my daughter who has a sleep-deprived EEG in the morning. I won't eat in the middle of the night no matter how tempted I get

This is my first time doing this. I signed up yesterday, but have a couple of questions.
    1. Is the only thread to come back to or is there another one I should be looking at?

    2. Is there a listed posted somewhere of everyone? (Just wondering on this question)

    Thanks

Good luck everyone! I took a Zumba class tonight to kick start the month. I also picked up a pile of quilting books from the library so I can read instead of eat tonight.

I cannot wait until I get to the point in my weight loss journey that I can take a Zumba class. I have watched it on the sidelines and it looks like so much fun. I wanna do that too! But, if I did it right now I might hurt someone next to me with all of my extra self flinging here and there! LOL!
