    Only if you are drinking a diet cola, then it cancels out the calories. This also works for candy bars.

    It was 111 when I left on my bike ride tonight. I was tempted to cut it short, but didn't. I think I should be rewarded with a 50 pound weight loss!

    Sorry was looking at an old list. You ladies sound so motivated. I had bulgur cooked in soy milk with cinnamon and cardomom. It was so tasty and for 1/2 cup only about 110 cal.

    I think you should be rewarded with a straight jacket who but a crazy person bike rides in 111 degree temp??????? I say this with love............ I think the heat fried your brain :lol: :lol:

    Maybe if you eat celery after the brownie it will cancel out the calories????
