It is mid night in Old Ohio I am munching on carrots while I type and when I sign off I am having yogurt and 1/2 jar of 4oz baby blueberry apples.

If you put oatmeal and water or milk in a bowl at night and microwave it for 2 minutes in the morning it come out much more creamy. I have my oatmeal all set and ready to go for breakfast.

I am pretty good about losing weight once I get my mind set on it.
First week of not even dieting but just easting healthy I drop like 10lbs. and then about 2lbs a week after. But thats is only if I have not fallen off the wagon after the first week hehehehe

another breakfast tip
If you like sweet things and hate to give them up (like I) My Dr told me to get unsweetened cereal and sweeten it with reg sugar and start decreasing
Like 3 teaspoons the first few days then 2 and so forth.
He said that natural sugar is better then all the other sweeteners and if you decrease it you wont notice and you can control how much goes in

Lucky you it only happens at night I say silly things all day long that come out wrong. OHHH WELL to know me is too love me!
