As for me, I have gone 11 hours now without anything sweet to eat. I am a major sugar-aholic and these last 11 hours have been tough but I keep telling myself that I'm worth it and that I will no longer allow sugar to dictate my weight. I'm having sugar withdrawal in the form of a headache but that's ok. I just have to get past the next few days. I think instead of sitting here thinking about sweets, I'll go quilt. lol

Tomorrow I weigh in at the hospital and have my last nutrition class. I think I have lost some more because my belly fat is much loser and my pants keep trying to fall off of me when I walk. Not to forget mentioning the fact that I am down from a 58GG to a 46G. Big difference. So, I certainly hope I have lost more!
I am gathering my food journal so I can turn it into the Nutritionist. She told me last month that the insurance companies are now requiring us to keep that journal to prove we are making the changes in our lifestyle required for the surgery to be successful.
After that I will be home to rest for a bit. :)
Tuesday it will be an early appointment with the psychiatrist and then off to Mike's place.
So I am off to my room to watch a movie.
