I am not believing this day!!

Oh wow. I am not sure what more could happen today. *shaking head*

    Whew.

PS: For those that do not know, I had lunch with the Director one day in August and after we talked for a couple hours she said that I would be perfect for the board and wanted to know if I was interested in submitting a Letter of Interest. I submitted that letter a few days later and voila! Here we are!

    :):):):):):):):)
And congratulations again! How great for you. You realize that this is the 13th of the month, don't you???? 13 is my lucky number!! God bless

A consistent 1-3 pounds per week is perfect. So what is wrong with a 5 pound loss in 13 days. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. 5 pounds is as much as some babies weigh at birth. You have lost the equivalent of a whole newborn. Give yourself a few strokes Carol. You are doing greaat!

Way to go Missy! When it rains it pours. Your new life may take off without you if you aren't careful...

I cheated I use an ab lounger. It's less strain on the neck and back but gives an great work out. My stomach muscles feel the burn big time.
