    Hi Gwyn
So glad you are doing well at Mom's. You will do just fine at home because you are focused on being healthy. You keep up the good work and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers each day.

Oh my goodness, I got my Sept secret swap and my wonderful partner sent me a canister FULL of mini reeces cups. My eyes got wide when I saw them but then DH swooped in and nicked them, running out the door to his tool shed. Guess he'll have some treats to munch on while he's out there working. LOL! It's been a little more than a week and I'm still sugar-free!

Yay Christina!!! You are doing so well at staying off the sugar! Way to go!

I wish I could say the same today but yesterday I had a donut and today I had a honey bun. Oh well. I ate good otherwise.

I have my last appointment with the Internist in the morning and I will be weighing in again at the hospital as well. I have an appointment with the psychologist on the 13th so hopefully close to that date I will know about when my surgery will be.

As always, I will keep you up-to-date.

    Missy

Well, I think i am going to rejoin Weight Watchers today! I did before and lost 40 pounds but quit and gained it back and more. My hubby said he will support me as long as i stick with it! I have a long way to go i need to lose about 130 pounds to get down to what i'd like to weigh and 110 to get back down to what i weighed when i met my hubby. Anybody here doing WW? Does this disqualify me from this month's challenge?

    DITTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have followed along since we started this there are no rules, except 1. A person CAN NOT give birth, pop out an 9 lb baby and think they won the challenge for the month with losing 20 lbs which consisted of baby and all the gunk that comes out with it. Now after the baby is born and they have to lose the baby weight then that is OK.

Drum roll please........................Since 9/1 I have lost a total of 5 lbs which is not a lot but it is better then a gain. 40 more to go. If it takes me 10 more months to lose it that is fine with me. Beside that if I lose it to fast who will host this thread and where would I go everyday if I didn't have this thread to go to??????
