    Good morning everyone. I didn't come on QB yesterday as I spent the day at DGD track meet. Kayla came in 2nd in the 200 yr run. I was a proud Nanny!! Today daughter Mandy and my other 3 grands are coming over. I will be in HAWG Heaven as I will have my 3 kids and all my grands together!!! Gotta run get ready for church.

    Happy Belated birthday to Tru and anyone else I missed.Happy Birthday to all the upcoming birthday people. Hope you all have a good day. Sandy

    I haven't weighed myself this morning... guess I had better go in there and get it over with... don't feel like I have lost anything, feel like I might have gained.... sigh... work harder at it this week and hopefully get back on track... was gonna walk today but raining so guess the treadmill it is.... gotta get my husband to put a dvd player out there so I can watch a quilt show while walking!!

    Hey at least you have something to blame ithe weight gain on. Those of us who have gone through menopause are still looking for a reason! :twisted:

    I agree! Maybe we now have "slower metabolism"?! It just cannot be all the cookies, candy, ice cream and junk food I eat, right?!?!?
