maybe you do but I wouldn't want to be a man. Women know as you get older Aunt Flow will leave but men have to carry their turtles FOREVER. How uncomfortable with that hanging all over the place. NO NOT FOR ME I would rather be a woman anyday.

I am a cookie, candy , ice cream free body.... and rarely ever eat junk food.....

yes, I tend to gravitate to hi fat/hi carb foods... ( which I am staying way from as much as possible). But I think mine is more about portion control. As long as I am sitting at the table,, I con't to nibble.... a pinch of this, a bite of that.... so

I vow once my portion controled plate is clean, to immediately get up and do the dishs..... nothing left in arms reach to nibble on...

I HAD the portion control problem but then I started to weigh and measure everything. It is at the point I don't have to do that I know what a 1/2 c of rice looks like or 4 oz of chicken. I snack on popcorn all the time. I have a popcorn popper so it is only 10 cal per cup I make a big 8 cup container full every other day. I am eating about 4 cup per day which is filling and only 40 calories total. That is not all at once when I get hungry between meals it is baby food or popcorn that I eat.

I never realized the heath benefits of popcorn until I googled it so I would suggest snack on plain popcorn.

I also snack on natural puffed rice and puffed whole wheat cereal. 1/2 c is only 30 calories with 1/2 c milk at 45 calories it a filling snack for a only 75 calories. I eat alot during the day but I read EVER package and count every calorie. I like cereal as a bedtime snack. Because it is whole grains it makes you sleep better too.

Gee, I thought popcorn only came, loaded with butter, lol. Do they make microwave popcorn that's good for a diet? I'd really like that, and so would the 'ol dh.

But just think Carrie, if you were a man you would have to "adjust" your turtle all day long!
