No chocolate today. I bagged up half a bag of Dove dark hearts to give away. I can't have an opened bag around.
My weight has stabilzed and I'm done with cortisone for a while, so it's time to get serious. After I walk the dogs, I am going to make some cabbage soup. I love the stuff.
Ok what's your recipe for cabbaage soup?

I am up to 100 sit ups, 50 rowing, that is hard and hurts my arms, 10 minutes of pilates for my legs and 20 minutes of walking.

I won't be fat I REFUSE actually I don't think I qualify as fat anymore but I still have the saggy baggy belly so to me I am fat not just slightly over weight as the charts say.
