It is not so much of exercising in front of ppl.. I just dont like to exercise...period!... I have no will power...
I have a few medical conditions that inhibit my exercising.... not that I can't exercise... but it inhibits... I try to walk up and down our stairs as much as possible ( bi level house) but then sometimes I have a difficult time convincing myself it is for exercise and not the dementia setting in....and I simply for forgot what i went dowstairs for

It took me 3 days of withdrawl. I still get the cravings, but much eaisier to resist. I now know I can have one occasionaly with out going back on a steady diet of diet dr pepper, but not ready to bring it back into the house, not sure I could resist that temptation. Good luck.

now everyone know's i don't go out that i can't go in a car because of the motor and my ear disorder. he know it too and says he doesn't care. most weekends he gets home on friday and doesn't leave his house until monday when he has to go to work. we saw pic of each other and talk on the phone for hours at a time. this has been for about month before that we messaged for a few weeks. he really wants to meet me but that hasn't happened yet. earlier he said he wanted to came and meet me tonight and he would bring me a cake. (i thought it was a set up to ruin my diet) i asked why would you bring a cake? he said well tomorrow is your birthday!
i don't know why anyone would want me.
i guess this will be like the MISSY and MIKE saga!
