I switched my plates. I now put on food on a saucer and I can't refill the saucer. I also made a deal with myself that I can't go to the casino until I loose 5 lbs. Then I go but have to wait again for the next 5lbs. A friend called today and wanted to go but I have 2 lbs to go before I go again. She didn't understand. But I am sticking to it and maybe the weight fairies will bless me on my next trip.

    Good morning!

I'm still struggling with drinking enough water. I just can't seem to make myself. I've got portion control down pretty good. But I know this lack of fluid is what has my weight loss stymied.

I'm also staying so depressed. I don't know if it's the cold/drippies with fever or just ennui, but I have no motivation to do anything but sleep.

Help me get off this stump!

Good morning MJ! Anytime that I have fever, even slight, all my body wants to do is sleep. Take care until you are over this.

My guys are down. DH has major dental pain. My son has something allergy/upper respiratory but has to go to school - too many assignments due. Spring break is next week. SAT is Saturday.

I have DR appt this morning, then dentist this afternoon for DH. Will check in this evening.

    Have a blessed Monday.

    Thanks, Leann.
I forget that I have to let my body heal. After surviving the pulmonary embolisms, it takes me forever to get over anything respiratory. It just exhausts me to breathe.

My fever did get to 102 this weekend, so I suspect I need to just rest a little more. I'm ready to get back to life but my body isn't cooperating.

I hope your DH gets better, tooth pain is no fun.
